This is a WIP with the following updates:

• Dencun - shortened url link from "/dencun_upgrade" to simply "/dencun"
• Nagivation - replaced shanghai upgrade with dencun upgrade & redirect links to home to correct html file
• Network Upgrades - added Shapella to carousel and accordian
  • Unable to find TTD time and will need to be corrected in a future commit (currently marked with a ?)

Adde Epoch 194048 instead of TTD
