add options and put panel in menu #8

I removed the popup asking to subscribe and put the panel options in the "mysettings" menu.

I added a button to Unsubscribe an email and 2 options for receiving a mail when someone is starting to edit or/and when finished edit the pad (One at least is compulsory to subscribe)

First time accessing the options when page loaded, I make a call to the server to get the email and options associatedwith this userId (pad.getUserId)
