As a side effect for a feature request for Etherpad it was observed, that the export functions in Etherpad are not trigger-able from all places. This was confirmed as a bug from ep_file_menu_toolbar which is integrated into the toolbar in Etherpad.
File > Export > "Text" and "HTML are clickable". Toolbar > import/export icon > dialogue > "DokuWiki" is clickable, "HTML" and "Plain text" are not clickable.
