feat(CI): introduce #11

Description

Introduce CI to allow us to see if all things is correct. I had add a new label. Why ? it's allow us to trigger the ci when we need it instead of each commit push.

Documentation about CI is missing.

Validation

CI should represent what is expected. And CI should pass

We can only know if it's work when it's will be on main. I had tested on my fork its work. So @SamTV12345 or @JannikStreek could you approve and cross finger 🤞🏼
