Could you please provide more information about the hardware, which PHY is used and how is it connected? Can you show some photos of the setup? How is an ethercat pass through implemented?

LAN9252 is used. Just connect 2 ethernet cable and a power(usb mini or 5.5*2.1 phone jack) for a simple setup. One is port 0, while the other is port 1. The ethercat pass through is implemented by LAN9252 chip.
