multi-token market maker bot #320

now that the basic bot skeleton is done (see below), we'd like to see

a configurable multi-token market maker bot
with a nice GUI
that people could use out of the box.

It would be a big help to people developing bots if there were a fully-featured test environment, with a contract and API pointing to a testnet, as in #243.

given that the claimee is no longer responding here, and etherdelta has been moved to new management ( https://twitter.com/etherdelta/status/942586440969478145 ), whom i cannot get ahold of, i will be clawing back this bounty.
