Can confirm. I used to check "unofficial" tokens as well this way and now it just redirects to PPT.
The problem is worse then I thought: I cannot make new orders on CPAY, neither can I take an existing order (it says it had been taken: I first tried to take it ca. 12 hours ago — but the order is still on the orderbook).
Compare: DAT (Datum Token) https://etherdelta.com/#0x81c9151de0c8bafcd325a57e3db5a5df1cebf79c-ETH — works fine. CPAY (Cryptopay) https://etherdelta.com/#0x0ebb614204e47c09b6c3feb9aaecad8ee060e23e-ETH — redirects to the default market (PPT) Still I can access CPAY trades through adding it manually (token selector, scroll down, click "Other token", fill in Address, Name, Decimals and submit).
(I guess the problem could arise when reading the decimals value from a smart contract of a token)
