What did you work on this past iteration (2 weeks)? We decided the project topic, the basic and stretch functions of the project, and the UI design.

What were any major issues/challenges you ran into? We are afraid that the Google Map API may have some issues with accessing keys/bills, and there are many API components for us to choose.

What do you plan to work on for this coming iteration (2 weeks)? We will start to create React components for our website, and do more research about the backend.

cs id: j7b7d What did you work on this past iteration (2 weeks)? I mainly worked on the project description and discussed with group members some details of our project.

What were any major issues/challenges you ran into? We were not sure if we want to put some features in the project and after discussion, we made some features as stretching features.

What do you plan to work on for this coming iteration (2 weeks)? We'll start to make some simple components and discuss how to divide work to make this more efficient in the next iteration.

cs id: z0a3b (1) what you’ve worked on in the previous two weeks: I attended our team meeting to decide our project topic and made several proposals. I also took the lead in breaking down the small tasks and wrote the small tasks part of the project description. (2) what you’ll be working on in the next two weeks I will be working with my team to decide the project's overall structure and task breakdown. We will design the UI collaboratively. I will set up the environment and start working on implementing the UI using React and style it using CSS. (3) where you might have gotten stuck during the last two weeks. I found finding a unique idea for our project is a little bit of struggle since there are so many similar projects out there. And deciding on tasks and steps of the project took me a while because I am not familiar with the lifecycle of a software product.

Scrum1 - o1z2b (1)what you’ve worked on in the previous two weeks: I discussed different topics with my teammates and finally decided on the final topic and project description, then based on the functionalities and our project description, I draw the prototype of the two of the main functionalities.

(2)what you’ll be working on in the next two weeks I will discuss how we assign the tasks to our teammates with my team and also start to implement some components.

(3) where you might have gotten stuck during the last two weeks. Deciding on the project tasks was more difficult than I thought because we need to consider the implementability and difficulty of each functionality.
