5 years ago - What's your present team budget? How did you arrive at it? (Can we help you draft a budget?)
- What's the breakdown of current team expenses? Salaries/fees, capex, opex, travel, etc.
- Do you prefer to manage your team's budget, or to have someone else do it for you? Why?
- Are you comfortable with your team budget, funding, and use of funds being made transparent? If not, why not?
- What are your team's primary goals for the next 1-2 years? What resources, including but not limited to funds, do you need to achieve them?
- Has access to funds or other resources been a roadblock for your team in the past, or is it at present? If so, what has the effect been?
- Not including your own work, which other 2-3 teams or projects do you think are most essential to Ethereum at present?
- Would you be comfortable receiving funding on-chain, in ETH or DAI? How would you prefer to receive these funds--e.g., does dripping a small amount every day work?
- How are your team members compensated at present? Which currency or token? Indexed against which currency? How frequently? How does invoicing work?
