Working Group Social Norms #34

I think we should come to consensus about social norms for the working group, so we as working group members know what is expected from each other.

I propose that we all be kind to each other. This is a historically significant intiatiive for the ecosystem, and tensions WILL rise. I want us to debate from first principles + data. I want us to avoid ad hominems. Argue the point not the person!

I also propose a weekly zoom call. Here is a link

We can also make it more clear what is expected, in writing, once consensus is reached on this topic.
