Document checkin procedure with pretix, including volunteers #56

Making a note that we'll want to document the checkin procedure with pretix, see https://pretix.eu/about/en/features/checkin

There is an Android app, Windows or Linux desktop app, and the admin web interface.

Should also recruit a handful of volunteers for the checkin desk, and how to give them access.

@markoprljic is going to take this on. Can't assign until he's a collaborator, so I've made him a collaborator just on this repo.
