Pool samples documentation suggests using removed -P option #1507

Describe the bug The POOL EXAMPLES are using -P to supply pool url. To Reproduce When running ethminer -G -P <url>, I get Invalid argument: -P Expected behavior Documentation should be kept up to date as usage changes.

I am using an old version of ethminer.
