Any plans to add cuda 11 support on appveyer? #2120

Looks like almost every CUDA version is supported but 11. Any plans to add that to the automated build system? Just curious if this was planned.

@Goddard the main reason is this project is pretty much abandoned. Why is that ?

lack of funding
a large part of this GPL code has been copied and reused in closed source softwares with dev fees
lack of team leadership (afaik all former developers are now busy on other projects or no longer interested in this)

Final personal note : working for a "community" has been pretty much frustrating.
