To avoid islands for broader adoption, it is necessary to standardize account creation, identification (EOAs and Smart Contracts), and management across L2s.

Initial starting points for discussion:

CREATE2 generalization
Integration of self-soverign identifiers and EDDSA curves into existing digital asset wallets from funded Baseline Grants
- RFPs: SSI + Digital Assets and EDDSA + Digital Assets
- Proposal for implementation for the 1st RFP

Will do PR for that by next meeting for address aliasing for EVM compatible chains -> 9/21
