EEA: Will take the lead on the press releases, bandwidth, 1 major announcement a quarter.
A major press release (Analyst, etc) Brianna Rich (coordinator) Lilian Guinther (lead) to assist.
4 weeks of heads up ahead of release.
PGB needs 10 days of notice.

Approval of Baseline as an Oasis member end of January
Sitdown meeting with the TSC chair before Christmas
