Related to the work outlined in [BLIP-] Analyst Report On Multiparty Workflow Spend and Tools, this item tracks the efforts for IDC to conduct an original study on multiparty automation. The effort will be sponsored by several organizations that aim to solve the same problems as the Baseline Protocol, around optimizing processes and spending between organizations, and gather research design requirements from participating organizations.

Definition of 'Done'
[ ] Several companies join the effort as sponsors / stakeholders
[ ] Report is complete based on agreed upon proposal, including all research design reqs.

[x] Work through draft proposals from IDC
