Simplify R87 #154

R87 states: 

BPI service orchestration utilized in a BPI MUST be semantically aware.

Semantically aware means that BPI service orchestration can identify the actions to be completed by services based on message context and content, and successfully orchestrate the desired action.

Would it be possible to simplify this requirement by connecting the two sentences as:

BPI service orchestration utilized in a BPI MUST be able to identify the actions to be completed by services based on message context and content, and successfully orchestrate the desired action.
