R96 Clarification #157

R96 states: BPI service orchestration utilized in a BPI MUST have low latency.

Here low latency is not defined. It is unclear if it has an upper bound of the order of 15 seconds, 100 milliseconds, or lower.

Please help clarify.

@atoulme [R96] BPI service orchestration utilized in a BPI MUST NOT have a Material Impact on BPI latency. cc @chaals -> you need to provide the wording for definition Material Impact as we discussed in the last standards meeting, as you said you would provide that.
