Definition of agreement is unnecessary #88

Quoting Cornell on a term that is used in its general sense is extraneous text.

Moving the requirement in this section to after the definition of "Transacting Counterparties" (which is not a normal english term, so should be defined) would make it easier to understand on first reading.
