Thanks! Any logistics for us to be aware of, e.g. should we record the call, etc?

@mds1 - Nope, you should be good to go.

The call will be recorded automagically 🪄 you begin based on the invite settings (if you see it is not recording though please hit record). Once complete, it will attach a copy of the meeting to the invite which anyone in OP Labs can access. I will then facilitate getting it posted to youtube (which we want to do for all design reviewers) and at that point close this ticket.

Let me know if you have any questions or concerns with that plan!

Sorry just want to clarify this, unsure what you meant by "you begin based on the invite settings"?

No prob - when I created the event I set it so that the event will begin recording when you join the meeting. Meaning nobody should need to take any action for the recording to begin, it just records the whole time (and I will get sent the link).

My only caveat is that if you notice it is not recording for some reason, then please manually hit record and let me know and I can look into why.
