Refactor architecture for Interop section #1095

The Interop section seems to be mixing up docs related to explainers, tutorials, and services/tools.

Should we consider grouping these docs into explainers, tutorials, and service tools sections so its easier for users to find what they're looking for?

SuperchainERC20 best practices in the above architecture doesnt exist so needs to be remove
