Description

To enhance the user experience and streamline interactions with Mocktimism, we are aiming to develop a user-friendly command-line application. This CLI app will serve as the primary interface for users to interact with Mocktimism's functionalities, ensuring ease of use, clarity, and efficient error management.

It should look and feel like anvil as much as possible

Acceptance Criteria

• The CLI application provides a set of commands that allow users to perform all essential Mocktimism operations.
• Each command and flag is accompanied by a detailed help text, guiding users on its purpose and usage.
• Error handling is intuitive, offering clear guidance and suggestions to users in case of incorrect usage or unexpected issues.
• The CLI app is well-documented, ensuring that users, irrespective of their familiarity with Mocktimism, can effectively utilize it.
• Should be integrated properly into overriding toml config options
• Should include both cli flags and env variables
