Mocktimism should work with geth without dependency on anvil.

Tasks

[ ] Add geth as a service
[ ] Add config option for using geth rather than anvil
[ ] Geth should throw an error if anvil specific options are passed in
[ ] If anvil does not exist throw an error suggestion to install anvil or alternatively pass in geth option
