[Blocked] Integrate All OP Components into the System

This issue is tracking which components have been successfully integrated

[x] Replace the L1 component with Anvil.
[x] Replace the L2 component with another instance of Anvil.
[ ] Integrate either the golang op-node or op-erigon for the op-node component.
[ ] Migrate the current engine API proxy into Anvil natively, enabling it via the --engine-api flag.
[ ] Incorporate op-proposer into the environment.
[ ] Integrate op-batcher for batch processing.
[ ] Launch Grafana for enhanced visibility into the devnet operations.

Description

To make this tool maximally maintainable into the future we want to integrate all OP stack components needed for the devnet
