update SuperchainERC20 definition #467

clean up definition so it's less ambiguous when pointing devs to this as doc as source of truth

  1. other contracts can also have permissions to crosschainMint and crosschainBurn
  2. note that SuperchainERC20.sol is an example implementation and they don't have to use it
