Chain troubleshooting link 404s #47

Describe the bug In the OP Stack Getting Started Tutorial, the "If you run into any problems, please visit the Chain Operators Troubleshooting Guide for help." link leads to a 404 page.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to https://stack.optimism.io/docs/build/getting-started/#next-steps
  2. Scroll down to Next Steps
  3. Click on 'Chain Operators Troubleshooting Guide'
  4. See error

Expected behavior Should navigate to a guide to troubleshoot issues during the tutorial. Searching the docs, I'm not sure where this page is, otherwise I'd submit a PR with the right URL.

Wow, think this is resolved with the Docs release that just went out! Good timing =)
