Update tasks/sep/006-1 with new 1/1 Safe architecture #208

This task was previously executed. Then, we decided to install the DeputyGuardianModule on a new 1/1 Safe, so that execution was reverted. This PR modifies the original task to work for this new architecture, and is nearly identical to the version of this task we will use on Mainnet (we will need to update addresses, etc.)
