Add Automata Mainnet #628

Adding a New Chain

This PR adds Automata Mainnet to the registry.

Checklist

[x] I have declared the chain at the appropriate Superchain Level.
[x] I have run just validate <chain-id> locally to ensure all local validation checks pass.
[x] I have run just codegen to ensure that the chainlist and other generated files are up-to-date and include my chain.

Notice we increase the value seq_window_size in rollup.json, which is different with the value sequencerWindowSize in deploy-config.json now. While the ci does not report it's a problem.
