Update ERC-7208: applies fixes as per community feedback #519

Properties are replaced with Data Points and moved to Data Object contracts
Restrictions can be implemented optionally as part of the Data Object
Data Point Registries contracts are used to define spaces of compatible Data Points
ODC On-chain Adapters are no longer bound to ERC-721
Property Managers are replaced with Data Managers
This architecture now supports data mobility/portability from one implementation to another
