aleth + retesteth runtest issue 2 #5896

cmd:

./retesteth -t LegacyTests/Constantinople/BCGeneralStateTests/stCreateTest -- --clients "aleth"

There is not odd hex string returned by aleth in this test. which retesteth now detects. geth is fine
