docs: Add MIT License for Contributors #65

In the absence of anyone obvious to license this to, I have added a license for the Contributors. I have defaulted to MIT, as it is easier to implement than GPL (which should be in every file) - I am happy to change this as needed. For now, I figure this is a start.

What do you think?

Thank you! I recalled that Vitalik commented on the license of reference implementation: https://github.com/ethereum/sharding/issues/61#issuecomment-361270576. Unlicense might be the license we'd like to use.

Thanks, @hwwhww. Reading that thread, it looks like Vitalik prefers MIT. Would you like me to change this to the Unlicense, anyway?
