make a gitter #113

Issue

People might want to get in touch with us about this in a more casual way. Currently, the only way to do it is to create an issue or hunt down our emails/twitter or something

Proposed Implementation

[x] create (and monitor) a gitter!
[x] add chat link to readme (direct to master)
