Feat/add binary #90

@djrtwo adding binary! Tests fail horribly and terribly.

Sweet! Looks good in general. I'm going merge it into my branch. I have a way to specify the protocol when running casper.py in there already. I'm planning on having the minimum on this branch (including binary) ready for review tonight.
