What content hash for apps should I put in the editable field

So I have secured my name (yay) and have linked it to my account which was fairly simple and straight forward.

The section under it for content hash for apps is defeating me a bit as I am still fairly new. What should go in this section?

If you have content you've deployed to swarm, you can put its hash there. If you don't, just leave it blank.
