I am also stuck in this loop ("Dictionary not loaded"). I'm unable to open an auction and bid successfully, even trying to reload page, restart chrome, restart Metamask, etc, as suggested in a youtube video. I'm using chrome+metamask on windows and ubuntu, on the Ropsten test network.
+1
Me too! For several domains, seems 80% time I get auction not opened while the original request actually goes through! I've waited as long as 6 hours on several different tabs and browsers, still stuck in Dictionary not loaded!!! Doesn't matter if I use Mist or Metamask... 👎
It's really discouraging to me that this issue hasn't received any attention. I'm still unable to do anything with the domain auction that I really want to purchase the name for. Lots of people reporting the same. As a developer I'm concerned that the devs haven't spoken up, doesn't give me a lot of faith in the project.
I'm also unable to open a bid. Sometimes the site gets stuck at "loading dictionary". Sometimes I get the bid button but clicking it does nothing. Here is the full stack trace produced in the console when clicking the button:

There are some very clear usability problems with this dapp. And though there is a disclaimer my understanding is that it burns money rather than returning it for unsuccessful auctions. If that's truth I don't se this software going anywhere except straight into FOSS purgatory.
Unsuccessful bids are refunded immediately. You only lose funds if you fail to reveal the bid during the prescribed period.

Failed to reveal the bid in time and after the window closed but it should only absorb the bid amount and not the bid masked amount as it says. Yet the masked amount is also not returned its hanging out there is a fail state for the return .

Hello guys! I opened a bid for a domain name but forgot to reveal it. Now i'm not able to open the auction:
It keeps telling me that the dictionary is loading, no matter how long i wait (i waited hours and it still tells me the same thing). Any idea what I should do?
Thanks!
