Trouble opening auction #195

I created a bid, sent funds with Metamask, and I can see the transaction on Etherscan.

However, it's been 4 hours and the auction doesn't appear to have been opened and my bid doesn't appear. The only thing I notice is the TxReceipt Status says 'Fail' on Etherscan.

Any idea what happened?

This is a known issue. Suggested resolution here, but it sounds like your funds already got burned @realcheese? https://github.com/ethereum/ens/issues/252#issuecomment-346027632

If the bid transaction failed, you bid was returned to you. You can try again at any time.
