A very similar request when payment details are submitted for INR fiat currency. When a grantee submits fiat banking information, with the currency of KRW (South Korean won), our finance team needs the National ID of the individual, or the Tax ID of the entity.

Create an alert with help text under the Notes field, that asks the grantee to include the National ID of the individual, or the Tax ID of the entity within the Notes field, if the Fiat Currency equals KRW
IF
Fiat currency code = KRWTHEN
alert for ID to be included within Notes field

At this time, I have been manually emailing the payee when the payment method is KRW, but I'd prefer if we could catch these ahead of time and remove human error.
