Couldn't run the bridge without checking out source. Wanted to run with: python -m eth_portal.bridge
python -m eth_portal.bridge
Small refactor turned into a big refactor. Everything seems a bit more tidy now.
Updated the docs for the new approach (plus mention of running trin manually).
