I have a question.

  1. Why the maximum penalty is 9? When I saw maximum penalty is -4.4 ( Case Vote on B) in picture(https://github.com/vbuterin/diagrams/blob/master/slasher2sec.png)

Sorry @quochan, I completely forgot to follow up with this. I'm asking about getting your PR merged (it's not in this repo), or worst case, we'll recreate the image elsewhere.
