Have we finalized the dates, location and duration for Pre-devcon sharding meetup? I'm plan to fly in on the 25th

There are several updates on cross-shard communication from Vitalik. Can we also go over this in the call?

If time permits - can we talk about proof of custody implementation? in particular has that part of spec been finalized?

I'd like to ask some questions on get_new_shuffling(), specifically around its design specifications (i.e., why is it the way it is).

I also have some updates on our p2p serialization research.
