One of the portal networks is missing on the table #13361

Describe the bug

In Piper Merriam's Devcon talk on Portal Networks his presentation includes one more Portal network that is missing on the table at the bottom of this section

To reproduce

  1. Go to https://ethereum.org/en/developers/docs/networking-layer/portal-network/#how-does-portal-network-work
  2. Scroll down to the table at the bottom of that section
  3. See error - "Canonical Txn Index" is missing

Expected behavior

Include "Canonical Txn Index" on the table

Sounds good... Might suggest we bundle this with #13361 as one task, since we should update the table to markdown and then also include this.

Hi @Spoorthy1423, someone is working on issue #13360, @wackerow requested to bundle this issue with that one, because they both require the same change, transferring the table in the image form into markdown format.

@wackerow I just realized the issue link you added to bundle with this is again this issue, I am guessing you meant #13360
