Set up "Get ETH" page for translations #1400

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. We recently updated our "Get ETH" page from a markdown file to a fully featured React component.

We need to set this content up for translation.

Describe the solution you'd like

  1. Move the English copy into /intl/en.json - see our homepage for an example of how this is done.
  2. Replace the English copy with <Translation/> and/or the intl.formatMessage() function (again, see the homepage for an example of how this is done)

Describe alternatives you've considered None

Work has been started.

These users each claimed they can complete the work by 266 years, 2 months from now. Please review their action plans below:

1) molecula451 has applied to start work _(Funders only: approve worker | reject worker)_.

Ready to get it on in the meantime 2) ph5500 has been approved to start work.

I will set up translations for the "Get ETH" page by moving the english copy into /intl/en.json
