Fix links to replaced foundation page #946

Even though the ethereum.org/foundation page was replaced by ethereum.foundation, there were still some references to the old page in the repo. I switched these to use the new webpage.

Since the foundation page is now unused and not linked to, I removed the page entirely.

I searched the repository to make sure that there weren't anymore references to the old page, so I think it's safe to remove.
