Scale up 4444s audit speed #292

Current 4444s audit rates will take nearly 8 months to audit the entire chain. We should make it....faster. Maybe once every 2 or 3 weeks.

For reference the math on auditing the entire 4444s history data once per week: 

    45 million keys / 10080 minutes = 4464 audits / minute
