withdrawal from my bitstamp account to cex.io failed #433

Hi

I made an withdrawal from my bitstamp account to cex.io and it did not arrive.

I've realized too late that Cex.io does not support ETH from smart contracts. I've open a ticket on cex.io 5 days ago, but i haven't got any information whether or not they can fix it.

If I look on the blockchain they are there up on the air and not able to landing in my account.

Anyone else got the same problem on transferring ETh to Cex.it from smartcontract?

Same issue. Did you recover your funds?

Hi all it took 5 weeks and toms of email to get CEX.IO to solve my ETH transfer issue, but finally they fixed it. hope for you it will be faster

@Maxmax70 This is not really related to this GitHub repository. The CEX.io support is probably the right contact.
