Sending Ether from Bitstamp Contract Wallet to CEX.IO Exchange Failed #442

Hi

I made an withdrawal 5.62439079 Ether from my bitstamp account to cex.io and it did not arrive. The date made this transaction is 12/20/2017

Cex.io says it does not support ETH from smart contracts but I already sent it.

My Cex.io wallet address is:
