No, I am unable to create a wallet contract. Can you pl check and help me create a wallet contract. I need this to store my ether I purchased at etherscan.io.

You don't need to create a contract to receive ETH. You just need to let your wallet fully sync, once it's complete your ETH will reflect in your wallet then you can send it.
I am sorry I synced but it is still not reflecting in my ehtereum wallet. Can you pl help me?

If you see the transaction & the ETH in your account on etherscan.io, you most likely haven't let your wallet fully sync.
What I would recommend you do is provide a screenshot of your wallet & post your node.log files.

No response yet. Very poor customer service on ethereum, which explains why the pace of investment is not as strong as on bitcoins.

@kalyanmeduri It seems your previous messages aren't complete. No images or node.log were uploaded.
Without those information, it's more likely that your wallet hasn't synced until the transaction you've made. And you don't need to create a wallet contract in order to receive ether. an account already does the job.
Pfa attachments again. Alternatively, can you pl help me cash out of ethereum in any other way. I am not interested in investing in ethereum considering the poor quality of response / support

@kalyanmeduri you will need to use the web frontend of github.com to upload attachements.

You should use a crypto exchange for that. I can't recommend any, but it's easily findable on google.
