Can someone please approve and merge this. This shouldn't take that long after a fork that breaks chains.

Hi devs.

I'm on windows 10 64 bit and Ethereum Wallet is my only wallet. I don't want to use MEW or other third party wallets. Plz, merge geth 1.8.23 to let Ethereum Wallet 0.11.1 usable with Costantinople/St. Petersburg main blockchain.

So users can keep up to date on the correct chain (now Constantinople/Petersburg), the update of Ethereum Wallet v0.11.1 to Geth v1.8.23 should have been available pre-fork.

Can this type of update please be a standard recurring workflow item, so that Mist/Ethereum Wallet are updated whenever Geth is updated and especially at times when a fork is imminent?

That this hasn't been merged in 20 days says a lot about the project. Either add more people to the project who are able to review a PR or be more active. A update after a fork should not take three weeks if it only changes one file
