Checksum mismatch in dowloaded node! #4217

Regression: #3730

Also the Wallet has the same issue. I'm using the Win64 version. I'm using the latest version from this git repository (just downloaded). With the tag: v0.11.1

More importantly, i installed the file with this hash, but it still kept on giving me this popup

Install Geth 1.8.23 from: https://geth.ethereum.org/downloads/
