Some spec topics for next call:

https://github.com/ethereum/consensus-specs/pull/3821: to allow nodes to identity custody_subnet_counts for nodes / supernodes connected to them (no ENR)
https://github.com/ethereum/execution-apis/pull/559: execution api to enable "decentralized blob building". Not sure if there's much to discuss on this call, mentioned mainly for awareness.
